About us
It’s existence along the quite & calm river Mandovi on east, hills blessed with rich natural cover on west makes it unique. Viewing it from the heights of hills is a panoramic thriller. It is known for its Heritage and rich ecology too. One can see the widespread terraced type fields so also KHAJAN lands and a scenic view of Chorao island across the river. Village Pomburpa-Olaulim is combination of three villages i.e. Olaulim, Pomburpa and Ecoxim with a total population of 5000 people and approximately 1200 families spread along the river bank and valley of Golna, Arao/voll and Olaulim.

It gives me immense pleasure to be a part of the launch of the Olaulim, Pomburpa Village Panchayat website, which was envisioned and created in the past few months by a dedicated team of volunteers. This is a very important step towards transparency, good governance and public participation, some of our most important goals.
I hope that this website will grow in content and utilization and help the residents of our village to access information, communicate and participate in the governance of our precious village.
